Peter has been heavily involved the conferencing industry since 1998. As one of Redback’s original founders and a serial entrepreneur, Peter has played key roles in start-ups including Vector Videoconferencing, Enunciate Conferencing and Resolve Collaboration. Peter also held the position of Global Director of Technology for ACT Conferencing working with Fortune 500 companies such as Ernst & Young and Shell Corporation. Peter is Redback’s visionary. He is responsible for creating the roadmap for all products and services and ensuring exemplary development implementation. Peter sees Redback playing a major role in the way Australian’s communicate.

Kiran is a highly motivated and effective operations specialist with close to 15 years’ experience in service delivery and staff leadership. His ability to develop and execute customer strategies with measurable success via in-depth knowledge of customer, internal capabilities, and solid understanding of contract and commercials give him the ‘right stuff’ to help Redback Conferencing realise their ambition of ‘WOWING’ our customers with every interaction. Kiran joined Redback Conferencing in April 2014 having spent 7 years as an Operations Business Manager for Fuji Xerox Global Services. Prior to this, Kiran has worked in a number of similar roles in his native London before migrating to Australia in 2006.

Guy has years of extensive B2B sales leadership and is committed to promoting the Redback culture by ensuring that any new or existing relationships are treated as trusted partners and not just suppliers. He has vast international experience having worked in Ireland, UK, Spain and South Africa across multiple sectors including exhbitions, advertising, design and marketing. Guy is responsible for coaching, leading and providing the Redback Sales Team with the necessary tools to take us into the next phase of our growth strategy – becoming the biggest conferencing provider in Australia.
