Our technology is smart enough to differentiate between a Moderator and an Administrator by the passcode you enter. As a Moderator, no one other than your Administrator may access your particular details.
customise your conference settings in real-time
Moderators have the ability to make real-time changes to their teleconference settings. In particular, changes that you can make online at anytime include:
• Change either your Moderator or Participant passcode(s)
• Turn the entry/exit tones on or off
• Enable or disable the feature that allows each incoming Participant’s name to be played into the conference as they arrive
• Convert all incoming participants to Listen Only mode
• Change the setting so that Participants can have a meeting without you present
Access all of your Conference recordings
As you record your conferences they are posted to your Recordings library within minutes of the end of your conference. We archive your past recordings for your convenience. You have the choice of downloading your recording or ordering a CD copy of it.
Access all of your Usage and Billing reports
At a glance, you will always know exactly how much of our services you have used. You can view usage for any period of time. You can go from a high level, seeing just the amounts used in minutes and in dollars right down to a very detailed level, seeing each individual line connected to any conference you have ever hosted with us. We report start and end times of each participant, what service was used, what the total cost of that Participant was and even what originating phone number they used to dial into your conference. All information is automatically updated every 24 hours.
Launch a Teleconference
Should you wish to use the online Moderator Control Panel, you would launch the application from here. During a teleconference, Moderators can see who is on the call, record the call, mute all lines, mute specific lines, disconnect individual or all lines, see which Participants have queued up to ask a question, control what lines are answered during a Q&A session, dial out to connect additional participants, lock the conference to additional participants, enter an alpha numeric project code or request Operator assistance.
Add an Alpha/Numeric Project Codes to existing conferences
You may select a prior conference and add an alpha or numeric Project Code to that conference. You can then track all expenditures incurred under that particular project Code.
Allocate Redback’s Charitable Contributions to the organisation of your choice
Redback donates a percentage of all sales to local charities and not-for-profits. By selecting this button, you can see a list of the charities that Redback supports, direct the donation based on your conferencing consumption to a charity of choice (selected for the list of Redback supported charities). If you have not chosen a specific charity, your donation will be spread amongst all the charities on our list.
