Redback’s integrated teleconferencing, web conferencing and video conferencing service lets you record any type of meeting for future reference and use.
You can use this feature to take meeting minutes, share the meeting with people unable to attend or create a presentation, training or sales archive.

Recording telephone meetings
You can begin recording a teleconference at any time by hitting *4 on your touch tone phone. The same button is also used to pause and restart recording. If you need to record all of your teleconferences, simply set your application to Auto-record.
After the teleconference is over, an e-mail with a link to the digital recording is sent to you within 24 hours.
